1 Is breakfast included with my stay?

Breakfast is available if it is included in your booking. If you haven’t selected the breakfast option, it can be added upon arrival or during the booking process. Cost of Breakfast per person is £18.90

1 Is vaping allowed in the hotel?

Our hotel policy does NOT allow for vaping in the hotel. If you would like to vape, please head outside to our designated smoking area. Violations will result in a fine.

2 Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

Our hotel is 100% smoke-free. All of our rooms are non-smoking. If you would like to smoke, please head outside to our designated smoking area. Violations will result in a fine.

3 How can I get to the Hotel from the airport?

Our dedicated team at STG Hotel Oxford Street is on-hand to arrange your airport transportation, for a small fee. Please email with your arrival and/or departure details, and a member of the team will follow up with more information, including  price options. Please note that all transportation is booked via a third party.

London City Airport (LCY) is 10 miles from Central London and can be easily accessed by the DLR to Elizabeth Line or Central Line.

London Heathrow Airport (LHR) is 18 miles from Central London and our hotel is easily accessible from Heathrow by public transportation including the new Elizabeth Line to Tottenham Court Road Station just under a 2-minute walk to STG Hotel Oxford Street. Other trains and tube to take are the Heathrow Express, and Piccadilly Line.

London Gatwick Airport (LGW) is 19 miles from Central London and can be easily access by the new Elizabeth Line to Tottenham Court Road Station just under a 2-minute walk to STG Hotel Oxford Street. Other trains and tube to take are the Gatwick Express, and Victoria Line.

All airports are also easily accessible by car and taxi.

6 How do I make a group reservation?

Bookings of fourteen (14) or more guests are considered a group.

7 May I store my luggage?

Same day luggage storage is available at our Concierge Desk until 17:00 (5 PM) for £10 per item. 

8 What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up until 48 hours prior to arrival (U.K. time). If cancelled outside of the cancellation window or no-show, full stay will be charged.

If you made your reservation through a group, the group contact will outline specific cancellation policies. 

If you made your reservation through a third party (website or travel agent), cancellations must be made directly with the third party. The hotel is not authorised to cancel, and cannot provide refunds, for any third party reservations. 

9 Can I have a package sent to the Hotel for me?

STG Hotel Oxford Street will accept packages on your behalf during your stay or just before arrival. Please ensure the package label is to the attention of the guest whose name is on the reservation and includes the arrival date or reservation confirmation number (if possible) along with the hotel’s address. Please note that our hotel will not accept packages sent C.O.D. (Cash on delivery).

Parcels/packages not collected seven (7) days after the recipient’s departure date will be disposed of. STG Hotel Oxford Street is not liable for any damages or missing items/packages.

10 What is your Housekeeping service policy?

At STG Hotel Oxford Street we are committed to caring for both our guests and the environment during your stay.

– Linen is refreshed every fourth day to save water and energy

– Light Touch Service (fresh towels, toilet paper, and bin emptying) is available anytime on request

Your participation helps us reduce water use, energy consumption, and waste.

Prefer a full clean? Additional eco-friendly housekeeping can be arranged for £25 per room.

11 Is the Hotel pet friendly?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at STG Hotel Oxford Street, however, we welcome assistance and guide dogs within the hotel.

12 Do I need photo ID at check in?

Guests may be required to show proof of identity at check-in by providing their booking confirmation and a valid photo ID (passport, identity card or driving licence). If a guest is unable to show a valid photo ID, STG Hotel Oxford Street may refuse the guest entry to the hotel.

13 What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check in: 3:00pm

Check out: 10:00am

Late Check out 1:00pm cost £20

Late Check out 3:00pm cost £45

14 How old do you have to be to check into STG Hotel Oxford Street?

The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age at check-in and present at the time of check-in. Guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking confirmation and a valid passport/identity card/driving licence. Children and young adults under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay in the hotel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian also staying in the hotel.
